LIMITED WARRANTY
All carburetors purchased from Import
Carburetor Rebuilders are guaranteed for ONE YEAR from the purchase date. Our warranty applies
only if the carburetors are properly installed into the vehicle for which they are intended. Tampering with the carburetor
by customer, or said garage will automatically void this warranty. We warrant our carburetors to be free from defect in material
and workmanship under normal service. Warranty is limited to replacing or repairing any parts within one year. Only after
close inspection to our satisfaction that the carburetor is truly defective and not as cause of negligence, abuse, or improper
installation. All carburetors must be installed with a high quality gas filter. We DO NOT warrant against
dirt in the carburetor. No refund will be made on carburetors used for diagnostic purposes. Operation of this unit on a vehicle
will only carry our limited warranty. All returns must be accompanied by a sales receipt. There is a 25% restocking charge
on all returns NOT installed on vehicle. Returns must be made within 10 working days from date of purchase
date. Absolutley no shipping charges will be assumed by Import Carburetor Rebuilders,Inc. in such transaction.
LIABILITY
We will replace the unit on a no charge basis, only if it
is found to be defective on our part. No labor, damage or shipping claims will be allowed.
CORE
POLICY
All carburetors are sold exchange only! No exceptions! Core must be identical
to the one purchased, unless verified at time of sale. All solenoids, choke housings, inlets, springs and linkage is included
with our rebuild carburetors, and all items will be on core, or a charge will be made for all broken or missing parts. Cores
that are stripped, corroded, burned, or otherwise non-rebuildable WILL NOT BE ACCEPED. Cores must be returned
no later than 30 days from date of purchase.
EMISSIONS
Our
warranty does not suggest or imply any guaranteed emissions readings. Emission is a measurement of total system conditions(
e.g. engine conditions, ignition, air pump operation, catalytic converter, PCV, EGR ) and counless other systems as per vehicle.
Jetting of certain carburetors can be done to improve emissions. This service is available ONLY with proper
information and control and ONLY after the carburetor has been remanufactured and is up to factory specifacations
by Import Carburetor Rebuilders, Inc. This service is not intended to be used as a cover-up for other malfunctions.
